The watch itself is never included and is always sold separately. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the makers of the Royal Pop watch.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. The exact total is always shown at checkout before payment.

3. Shipping & Dispatch

Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum. Import duties may apply outside the EU and are paid by the customer. To meet high international demand and deliver as fast as possible, orders are dispatched from whichever location is quickest — our Amsterdam base or our production partner's facility. Every confirmed order is dispatched within 24–48 hours and a tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

4. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer; damaged, faulty or incorrect items are returned and refunded at our cost and carry the 2-year EU legal guarantee.
